I recently took part in the Story Xperiential course run by Pixar. During the length of this course I learnt how to craft a three act story structure, character profiles and the skills to create an animated showreel. As the course progressed, I received feedback from others on the course which helped to evolve and refine my story. Introducing Rubbish Monsters.
